Sitting upright with his legs stretched out.
Actually, it's because he's wired that he's able to retain that position. In reality, the MSD body cannot sit at all. They lean back so much (much more than the pic above) they just fall on their backs.

He is able to sit upright very well without falling back after his legs are wired.



Arms bend at the elbows at a 90 degree angle.
