page 6 . . . Haw Par Villa grounds

I liked the nice pagoda-like structure behind the old man.

Somethings are the perfect size for him, but some times aren't...

I doubt Ferrahn would fit into chinese mythology...

The pagoda had a budda or whatever deity it is on top.

I like this pagoda too!

And so does Ferrahn. ^_^

Well, I'm not that ashamed of him in his briefs when there aren't that many people around. *laughs*

This was by the mermaids just now. Someone had put a lost baby's bonnet on top. *laughs* I doubt the owner would have thought to look for it there.

It started to rain again, and we seeked shelter under a roof which housed a statue.

The mermaids looked liked they were enjoying themselves in the rain though. ^_^

Even the cockle lady nearby looked like she's happy about the rain. I suppose we should be glad she's clothed. ^_^;

The rain really poured. -_- There was no way we could have walked back to the car even with our umbrellas so we just waited. Check out that huge Goddess of Mercy statue. O_O There's a makeshift table made of a large box and someone has put a bottle of water and some oranges as an offering to her.

These huge masks look on at the Goddess of Mercy. Lyndia had liked these a lot. ^_^

Weird crab-boy. -_-

This is the statue whose roof we'd sheltered under. ^_^ Sadly, I have no idea who she might be.

She, or maybe he, is really white though. Which seems unusual to me... Unsual because the statue seems unfinished... most of the time, statues are left colourless or fully painted. Maybe they had been in the midst of painting or restoring this one?
