I know. I could have put in more effort in the picture taking. But this is a preliminary shot of sorts. =D I’ll take closeups and what not once I change their eyes and hair. But for now…

Ah…my lovely Kaesh. =D The mood for him when I dressed him was some artisty type fellow in plain whites and long pants with wild hair. Though he might pass for a businessman relaxing at home after a hard day if his shirt (and hair) was a bit better cut. =D I’m wanting to see a different look for him actually, something more smiley, more of Feyn’s style. And with more detail around the eyes. But I don’t really want to mess with my probably-dried-up paints. Not to mention, it always takes me ages to get the mouths painted correctly; usually, by the time I’m done, I don’t really care about how I do the rest of the faceup. -_-

Our two minis: Miraj and Zair. Zair makes our Miraj look like his head is even bigger than usual. T_T I don’t really like that. So he gets minus points for now. He needs more love cos I’ve yet to find the right eyes or wigs for him. Actually, he has a really small face, and a big egg of a head, so it’s really hard to get wigs (which look too big) to look right for his small face. -_-

Oh. Looks like Rika wants a pic with his friend Miraj.

We need better eyes in 14mm. I bought a whole bunch of eyes in the size long ago, but they were the darkish shade like the green Rika is using, and we can’t use them. Cos look, the shade makes Rika look scary (no, it’s not just the green with purple combi). T__T

Zair: Didn’t anyone ever tell you not to make friends with weird…things?
Miraj: . . . erm…
Zair: *thinks* Oh yes, I bet they did.
Miraj: Erm…Rika isn’t a “thing”. He’s just a normal kid.

Miraj: He always smells like sunshine and honey. *sniffs*
Rika: *giggles*

Zair: *shudders* Well, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Zair: I’m outta here.

I was okay with Zair’s official faceup. But now, it seems I really am not. >_< I mean, seriously. Half-way there heavily-made-up bottom eyelashes? And halfway there eyeshadow? Ergh. If the bottom eyelashes weren’t drawn that thick, it might not have been so bad. But the makeup emphasizes his eye-shape, the bottom of which increase in size as they droop downwards (the top is pretty horizontal compared to the bottom). Seriously a bad eyeshape (for me). Miraj has this type as well, which is why I just use large 16mm for him and you almost don’t see any whites. Either that or I give him sanpaku eyes. Haha. My favourite moulds (Razkil & Kaehs!) don’t have eyeshapes like that, which means they can wear two eye-sizes perfectly. These lil guys with their over-sized eyeholes are just…annoying (forgive me!). T_T But yeah. The more I look at him, the more I think, Zair needs a new faceup. >_< But I’m like…ergh. Can I stand his current faceup for two months before I head back to uni? Or should I deal with drying paints and mess with him now? Not to mention, I don’t really know what look to give him, and when that happens, it usually takes 3-4 tries before I hit a right one (Kaesh, Sakaki and Miraj being our proof). -_-

Well, anyway. Enough rambling. =D

Okay, enough digression! So to fill up my time, I decided to do stuff with the boys regularly! =D Hohoho. First thing to do was to unpack them from their boxes, where they’ve been hibernating for a year and 6 months already!

But before that, I had to get rid of all the stuffed animals which had took over our furniture!

Originally, after packing up the boys, all their furniture was put on that table. The stuffed toys had been lumped together on a side table. My mum decided to “decorate” the table with them. =D (Note: I’m not that big a fan of winnie the pooh. A friend of mine had given three all to me at some point or another during our 1 & 1/2 years in school together.)

Anyways, the unboxing:

It’s like Christmas with a heapload of presents. *laughs* And tiring. ^_^; Took a couple of hours, cos I had to put clothes on all of them. ToT We’ll do eye changing tomorrow. And probably wig-changing as well, once I dig out all our wigs.

Actually, while unboxing, it was weird. Cos everyone looked so yellow. OMG. T_T I guess when you see them everyday, you don’t think a thing, but having a first look after so many months, it’s like, OMG… *_* And the floppy limbs… I recently rubbered (heh) Razkil’s limbs with silicon rings

and it was great! (More on this later.) So it looks like I will have to spend time cleaning and rubbering three SD and one miniSD body. T__T

Not looking forward to that at all…

But anyways, here they are:

Razkil and our Yuki plus our three cats (and one rat) will be moved. They usually are beside my bed. I put them here cos of the picture-taking sake.

In truth, while I was unboxing, I was thinking: I could have sworn I had more boys. *falls over* I’m serious. -_- And we _are_ missing boys: Kamahn and Khamiel. Kamahn’s shell is just lacking a body and Miel never had a body. ^_^; And of course, there’s Feyn and ____’s shell which we’d never bought. All these years, it’s like we always had them, so it was strange to realise, oh, we never got proper shells for them after all. ^_^;;

Anyways, so that’s it for the first D.A.M. post. ^o^

A couple of months back, I had a similar dream, but it was regarding either Ferrahn’s or the twins’ faceups. -_- I remember that I had touched their faces, and they felt sticky…like the material was melting or something. omfg. When I went home, I immediately checked the cats’ conditions. -_- The weather is really worrying because the heat will cause a lot of things to break down. All my ufo plushies’ feet and 1/6 plastic clothes, a lot of vinyl materials, fake pvc, the Go Guy’s hands and feet… T_T

It’ll be almost one whole month before I can go home. >_< So I’m trying not to think about it. ToT Another worrying thing is the big SD guys in their boxes. Those boxes are kept in my wardrobe, but I have no idea if any heat will get to them. >_<

I just realised that I don’t have any proper pictures of Ferrahn’s pet. That is soo going to change when I’m home for semester break. The cute lil guy needs his limelight.

Of course it could be just me. But this makes me happy. =)

Razkil’s playing with the DS and Errand’s looking at the chocolate book. Ferrahn was feeling grumpy-sleepy so he was just keeping a hold on lil evil. Razkil almost blends into the bedsheets with his current hair. *laughs*

I was in Popular a few days ago and I saw these tiny magnet recipe books. I just had to get two for Razkil even though they were kinda expensive. They cost RM14.15 (~USD4.5) each, but they’re sooo worth it. *__* If money wasn’t an issue, I’d get all seven books! I got the Coffee and Chocolate books. (I can’t find the link to the product itself on the company website, but it’s in their downloadable catalogue.)

I’d say the books are a big hit. =)

And you know, I’m missing seeing a physical shell for Silren. -_- He’s been quieter than ever since the lack of a physical presence. *wince* I don’t really have the capacity to bring another SD along. There’s no way I’m buying another carrying bag just for him… >_< Well, I still have my violin case that Razkil can fit in, but… -_- I’ll think about it next semester. ToT Sorry, Silren.

This picture was almost not worth taking. T_T Why? Because we accidentally got _two_ spots of watermelon juice on Errand’s nose:

Omg. T__T I was in fear that the spots would stain and Errand wasn’t helping by crying his eyes out. I had to wash his mouse _twice_ cos it looked liked the spots were still visible. T_T The spots did wash out, but it brought to mind again the one fear we have: what will we do if something ever happened to Errand’s mouse? -_-

Every time I come across a copy of his mouse in shops, I want to get it as a standby replacement, but, every time, the mouse just doesn’t look right. -_- There _is_ a subtle difference and it just doesn’t seem very…Errand. -_- Let’s just hope that when the time comes, Errand would have found a Volks shell he likes or something similar so that we won’t have to find a replacement for his white mouse. &gt;_&lt; I know it wouldn’t feel the same, but if he’s prepared to let go of his mouse by then, I’m sure we’ll all be ready as well.

We’ve had those rose-coloured eyes in him for so long they feel like his default pair nowadays. ^_^; I’m going to get him some green eyes when I can, since our greens have been dominated by Kaesh, Iksir and Yuki for a long time now.
