Admittedly, before Seph came up with the 'tar monster', she _did_ remember a picture project she had been working on. It's not complete, but she decided to see how the pictures would look. For the photo shoot, she had to tell Errand, Silren and Evien to stay behind. The reason of which would be obvious in the following pictures; They weren't needed, and Evien especially would have gone beserk at the sight. That being so, Evien had to be singled out without raising his suspicions so the other two were used as the excuse that those not involved were to stay behind. The prop used in this photo shoot is meant for a roleplay scene.

This being a test shooting, Razkil will play the character of Kaylen, a young boy who likes to keep strange pets. When the prop is complete, it will be another person roleplaying Kaylen and the story will itself be in the roleplay section. ^_^





Kaylen is a boy who loves animals. He tends to buy the most unusual to keep as pets.
Currently, his favourite are two small ones he keeps in a cage.





Both his two pets don't get along very well.

One of them is fierce and unfriendly.





The other one keeps himself distant and prefers grooming to fighting.





But despite their differences, they both love Kaylen.





"Hello, you two."





They show their enthusiam in their excited miaws and the way they try to catch his attention.





"I'm sorry I haven't been able to spend time with you lately."





*purrs*





"Did you miss me too?"





The pale one likes to show his affection by stroking Kaylen's fingers when Kaylen strokes his fur.

"Yes, you _did_ miss me."


They stay like that for a while, enjoying each other.


"I have to go. Mother didn't want me to come."





"Miao?"

"I'm sorry. I'll try to come see you again tomorrow."





But the boy can never turn away from their frantic and desperate cries.


"All right. I'll spend some more time with you. If you're quiet, Mother won't know I'm here."





"I wish I could spend more time with you two."

"Kaylen!! What did I tell you about letting your pets out of their cages?"





"But they're clean, Mother."

"No. Put them back in. And I want you to take another bath before dinner!"

"Can I spend a bit more time with them first?"

"No. Put them back now!"

"*sigh*"


And so Kaylen puts his pets in and tries not to hear their mewing.


Tomorrow, he promises. He'd try to see them again tomorrow.
